Charlie Sheen Gives Heckler $100 Refund at Atlantic City Show

After hosting a bipolar awareness auction at his Toronto show, Charlie Sheen toned down the preaching and celebrated the two week mark of his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour by inviting comedian Jeffrey Ross on stage to poke fun at him during his show at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, NJ.

Sheen kept in line with his established tradition of showing up late to the show, appearing over 45 minutes after the scheduled opening time. Regardless, when Sheen finally took the stage (to the “Jaws” theme and clips from “Apocalypse Now”), the crowd seemed willing to forgive him.

According to audience member Chuck Darrow, Sheen started off by claiming he was “not smoking 7-gram rock tonight” and encouraging the crowd to join him in chanting “F–k Detroit,” showing his ego hasn’t yet recovered from the beating it took during the first night of his tour.

After playing around with various jerseys — Sheen tried on a 76ers shirt, then settled for a Phillies jersey — he settled down to start the show. It didn’t take long for him to hit upon Two and a Half Men.

“Let’s face it. I was f–kin’ hammered on that show for eight years,” he said, though he repeated his earlier claims that he and his team were “making progress” toward getting him back on the show.

When an audience member started heckling Sheen, the actor offered him a refund in the form of a $100 bill, which he took before leaving.

Among the famous guests in the crowd were Philadelphia Eagles player Jon Dorenbos and Ross, whose appearance Sheen had teased earlier on Twitter. Halfway into the show, Ross took the stage to roast Sheen, joking, “Even Bernie Madoff wanted his money back after seeing this f–king show…Let’s face it, Charlie Sheen is to stand up as Larry Flynt is to standing up.”

He continued, “I’m used to roasting classier people like Flava Flav and Courtney Love.”

Though the audience ate up Ross’s act at first, discontent started to emerge when it seemed he was taking over the show.

“It’s become a Ross set,” Darrow tweeted. “Can’t imagine folks are real happy about that.”

Following Ross’s appearance, Sheen engaged in a brief Q&A session with the audience, during which sex was the topic of the night. Sheen revealed that the most women he’d ever had sex with in one night was seven, but declined a proposition from an audience member.

Sheen continues his tour Sunday at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Conn.
