Charlie Sheen can’t wait to be roasted on Comedy Central.
“It’s not like you can take any of it personally,” Sheen tells Entertainment Tonight. The roast airs on Sept. 19 — the same night Ashton Kutcher debuts on Two and a Half Men. It will be hosted by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane.
“I’m actually looking forward to how creative they can get,” say Sheen.
Nothing will be off limits, he adds. It’s not going to be like, “‘They insulted me!’ Get over your cheap self. … It’s a celebration of who I am …as a media figure, an industry figure, stuff like that, so that’s the veneer that keeps it from being personal,” he adds.
Sheen will next star in sitcom Anger Management, which is loosely based on the 2003 Jack Nicholson movie of the same name.
“I’ve got my work brain back in my head,” Sheen says. “Welcome back work brain, I missed you.”
Sheen was booed over the weekend at Detroit’s three-day musical festival, Gathering of the Juggalos.
