Is Charlie Sheen‘s bitter custody dispute with ex Brooke Mueller coming to an end?

The 45-year-old actor – whose 23-month-old twin sons were removed from his Beverly Hills home Tuesday after she claimed he physically and verbally abused her – Tweeted Thursday: “not sure what all the legal noise is about … just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.”

He added, “Yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish …. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’!”

He didn’t disclose any other details and lawyers have yet to comment.

Sheen told TMZ Thursday afternoon that the deal would reinstate the custody arrangement the way it previously was.

But soon after Sheen Tweeted the news, TMZ posted that the custody talks are off because Sheen violated terms of the deal by Tweeting it.
