MadMen’s Christina Hendricks has inked a deal with prescription lash-growth treatment Latisse to be the spokeswoman for the brand’s Wishes Challenge, a campaign benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
“From being an actress and wearing so much makeup and false lashes for Mad Men I’ve been interested in Latisse for some time,” Hendricks said. “When they approached me about joining with Make-A-Wish, it became incredibly appealing.”
Together with Allergan, the makers of Latisse, Hendricks is encouraging people to join the challenge in hopes of raising $500,000 for the charity, which benefits children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
Hendricks, who begins filming season five of the AMC hit series next month, is documenting her lash growth and involvement with the campaign at www.latissewisheschallenge.com.
