The Church, from Wolf Films and Universal TV, centers on a family who discovers that the seemingly upstanding organization they belong to is actually a cult.
Wolf and Franklin, who also will write the script, will executive produce with Peter Jankowski and Danielle Gelber.
The Church is the latest project from Wolf and his company. He and Friday Night Lights‘ David Hudgins are adapting Injustice for NBC, with Wolf also working on a USA scripted project and the unscripted Cold Justice for TNT.
