ABC has officially entered the Comic-Con fray, setting panels for four dramas and a preview of another.
Kicking off Friday, July 22, Amazon jungle advenure series The River will hold its panel from 2:15-3:15 p.m. in Room 6A. Executive producers Oren Peli, Michael Green and Zack Estrin will be joined by cast members Joe Anderson, Eloise Mumford and Leslie Hope. Panel attendees will receive a poster and flashlight.
On Saturday, July 23, freshman fairy tale drama Once Upon a Time will be held in Room 6DE from 3:15-4:15 p.m. with Lost’s Damon Lindelof moderating a panel featuring co-creators/exec producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz as well as cast members Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Robert Carlyle, Lana Parrilla and Josh Dallas. Posters and, in going with the series’ Snow White theme, magic mirrors will be distributed.

Fellow rookie series Charlie’s Angels will hold its panel off-site at the neighboring Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s Indigo Ballroom from 5-6 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, with stars Annie Ilonzeh, Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Ramon Rodriguez participating in the panel Q&A.
On Sunday, fan favorite Nathan Fillion will be joined by Castle’s Jon Huertas, Seamus Dever, Tamala Jones, Susan Sullivan and Molly Quinn. Bonus features from the upcoming Season 3 DVD will be screened with an exclusive poster and notebook given to attendees. The Castle panel will be held from 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in Room 6BCF.
Freshman period drama Pan Am, starring Christina Ricci, will have a presence at Comic-Con, with a replica of a 1960s first-class cabin from a Pan Am plane set up on the convention floor. Fans who stop by will be given a flight time and boarding pass and be able to preview the new drama. Travel bags will be among the collectable swag distributed.
