Bad news, Bones fans.
Friday’s Comic-Con panel, scheduled for 1:45-2:45 p.m. in Ballroom 20, has been canceled as series leads Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz are both unable to attend due to personal reasons, a Fox rep confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
As first reported by TV Line’s Michael Ausiello, who was set to serve as moderator, the session was going to discuss the shocking Season 6 finale and introduce the audience to stars of Bones’ spinoff The Finder.
But there’s some good news: Finder leads Geoff Stults and Michael Clarke Duncan will still be on hand for an autograph signing at the Fox booth (#4313 on the convention floor) on Friday at 3 p.m.
A Fox rep notes that Bones and Finder executive producer Hart Hanson will not make the trek to San Diego.
Bummed? What other panels will you be attending instead?
