Comic-Con is less than two weeks away and MTV has finalized its slate for the annual San Diego pop culture convention.
The cable network has scheduled five panels, including for its freshman scripted series Teen Wolf as well as returning animated series Beavis and Butthead.
Set for Thursday, July 21 from 5-6 p.m. in Room 6A, the Beavis and Butthead panel will feature a first-look at new footage from the 1990s hit ahead of its return to MTV. Creator Mike Judge will answer questions in a panel moderated by Johnny Knoxville.
New series Death Valley will see the ensemble cast of the horror-comedy series answer questions from moderator Wes Craven on Friday, July 22 from 7:30-8:30 p.m. in Room 5AB.
On Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon in Room 7AB, MTV Geek will offer an update from on its multiplatform comics, music and live events deal with Comic-Con staple Stan Lee revealing details behind MTV Comics’ upcoming digital book The Seekers.
Freshman werewolf series Teen Wolf will make its Comic-Con debut on Saturday from 5:30-6:30 in Room 24ABC with the cast – including Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed and Tyler Hoechlin, among others — taking questions after an exclusive first-look at footage from the final episodes of Season 1.
Finally, the voice cast and creative team from MTV’s animated series Good Vibes – including Adam Brody, Jake Busey, Tony Hale, Debi Mazar and Alan Tudyk as well as David Gordon Green, Tom Brady, Brad Ableson and Mike Clements — will preview the fall animated series on Saturday from 6:30-7:30 p.m in Room 24ABC.
