Cooke’s Graham works his way to the top by exploiting his connections to smuggling rings that he was explosed to while a soldier in Iraq. Kate Bosworth also stars as Roxanna Whitney, the daughter of the CEO of one of two warring auction houses.
Gardner Stern and Chuck Rose serve as writers and executive produce on the project, which will premiere this winter. Quaid also exec producers along with Laurence Mark and Gary Fleder.
