Josh Duggar, 23 — the eldest son of 19 Kids and Counting’s Jim Bob and Michelle — and his wife Anna just welcomed their second child Wednesday and the cameras were rolling to capture the event for a the special 19 Kids and Counting: First Grandson airing Sunday at 8 p.m. on TLC.
According to People, the couple welcomed their son weighing 8 lbs., 5 ounces four days earlier than expected. The couple won’t release the name, but say they’ll stick with the “M” theme. His sister, MacKynzie, is now 20 months old.
