ABC is again bringing back its holiday block of The Great American Baking Show and The Great Christmas Light Fight. The network announced Thursday that the pair would be back for a quick run between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
The renewal for The Great American Baking Show, a spin on import hit The Great British Bake Off, comes with more cast changes. Gone are season-three co-host Ayesha Curry and judge Johnny Iuzzini. In their place, Spice Girl Emma Bunton will be joining Anthony Adams as co-host, and pastry chef Sherry Yard is taking over the judging table with Paul Hollywood.
Hollywood is the only original member of the British series on the U.S. version, a gig he first took in 2017 when Berry left the franchise during a network change in the U.K.
This is not Bunton’s first time on ABC’s reality lineup. The singer and TV presenter was featured on the network’s short-lived Boy Band in 2017.
The Great American Baking Show returns to ABC on Dec. 6, a week and a half after The Great Christmas Light Fight‘s Nov. 26 bow.
