The Good Doctor‘s fall finale showed improved ratings Monday, and Deal or No Deal‘s brief return to NBC turned in decent numbers.
ABC’s numbers are inflated thanks to Monday Night Football pre-emptions in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., but The Good Doctor‘s 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 is currently running 0.2 ahead of last week, when it was also bumped in two markets for football. It will likely finish at 1.1 or 1.2, up from a final 1.0 a week ago. The Great Christmas Light Fight equaled last week’s preliminary 1.1 (it adjusted down to 0.9 in the finals).
The Voice led the night in the 18-49 demo with a 1.5, off slightly week to week. A one-time airing of Deal or No Deal ahead of the game show’s debut on CNBC scored a 1.0, just a bit below Manifest‘s recent performance in the 10 o’clock slot.
The CW’s Arrow (0.4) and Legends of Tomorrow (0.3) both held steady. So did The Neighborhood (1.1), Happy Together (0.8) and Bull (0.7) on CBS. A pair of Big Bang Theory reruns at 9 p.m. (0.8) matched Magnum P.I.‘s last outing. Fox aired repeats of The Resident and 911.
NBC led the network standings with a 1.3 among adults 18-49, topping ABC’s 1.2 (pending updates). CBS finished third at 0.8, followed by Fox, 0.5, and The CW, 0.4.
