Julianne Hough, Vanessa Hudgens and Keke Palmer, among others, made their official Grease: Live debut Sunday night in the much-watched, made-for-TV version of the 1971 classic. Along with on-point costumes, the adaptation featured quite a few exceptional red-lip moments.
