Grenade Found on Malibu Beach

This is not what you’d expect to see on a Malibu beach.

Authorities say a device found on the beach New Year’s Day is a grenade, reports ABC7.

Police were called to Malibu’s Paradise Cove shortly after 1 p.m., and took the device in for examination. Authorities told CBS Los Angeles the are attempting to discover where the grenade came from and who its owner might be.
