Ten of these were for speeding and careless driving, and three more were for driving with a suspended license, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Ninety percent of these ended in guilty pleas.
He was also arrested in 2005 on DUI. Charges were dropped when he completed a probationary program. His license was suspended for more than a year, court records show.

“He drove too fast,” April Margera, mother of Dunn’s close friend and Jackass co-star Bam Margera, told Philadelphia TV station NBC10 earlier this week. “I yelled at him all the time about that.”
According to West Goshen, Pennsylvania, police, he had been driving up to 130 miles an hour in his Porsche when veered off the road, hit a tree and burst into flames. His passenger, Jackass production assistant Zachary Hartwell, died as well.

A preliminary autopsy cites their death as blunt and thermal trauma. Toxicology reports to indicate if he was drinking or not will not be completed for several weeks. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that friends say he had had at least six drinks before driving. Dunn posted a photo of himself drinking online, which earned criticism from fans and Chicago film critic Roger Ebert.
Funeral plans are underway for Dunn and Hartwell.
