Jamie Foxx took a beating for his performance of the national anthem ahead of the Mayweather-Pacquaio “Fight of the Century,” but he’s come back swinging.
The Oscar and two-time Grammy winner was in good form when he appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and took up the host’s challenge of the “Wheel of Musical Impressions.” Foxx’s impersonation of Mick Jagger needed some work, but his replication of John Legend singing the Toys “R” Us jingle was right on the money. Not to mention, his attempt to mimic Jennifer Hudson‘s high range while singing “On Top of Spaghetti” was a thing of wonder.

Fallon also got in on the act, with solid impressions of Barry Gibb and Bruce Springsteen, the latter sung to the theme of America’s Funniest Home Videos.
Foxx is on the promotion trail in support of his fifth album, Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen Roses. Check out the video below.
