Not to be outdone by Matthew Broderick, Jerry Seinfeld is revisiting his own iconic role (himself) for an Acura Super Bowl ad.
The spot got an early premiere online, along with a growing crop of ads, and shows the comedian trying to bribe an Acura customer to be the first in line for the automaker’s new NSX model. He tries to ply the man with the NBC series’ notorious “Soup Nazi” (Larry Thomas), a speedboat and access to his “personal network of Manhattan zip-lines.”

Seinfeld ultimately loses to another famous face, forcing himself to drown his sorrows at the Monk’s Cafe set.
Hulu, which houses the Super Bowl commercials after the event, is revisiting its inaugural campaign from 2009. Celebrities are still using the service to liquify viewers brains for their alien consumption, and following in the footsteps of Alec Baldwin, Eliza Dushku and Seth MacFarlane, Will Arnett will headline the new spot for Hulu Plus.
So far, the site has only released a teaser, but the full spot will screening during the Feb. 5 game.
