The Late Show With Stephen Colbert is pulling out the big guns as it heads into sweeps.
The CBS late-night program will welcome several Daily Show alums including Jon Stewart, Samantha Bee, John Oliver, Ed Helms and Rob Corddry on May 9, it was announced Wednesday.
Host Stephen Colbert famously worked with the group during his time at The Daily Show before he went onto host his own Comedy Central show, The Colbert Report. (Stewart, who has appeared several times, also serves as an executive producer on The Late Show.)
The pseudo-reunion comes as the race between Late Show and NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tightens. Late Show recently celebrated its 13th week of victory over Tonight in total viewers. Both shows are headed into sweeps, as well as the final weeks of the 2016-17 schedule.
The announcement also comes days after Colbert elicited controversy for making what some deemed to be a homophobic joke about President Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
Bee will be making her third appearance on Colbert’s show, fresh off her well-received turn hosting Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. She hosts her own weekly TBS show, Full Frontal.
Oliver, who has appeared on Late Show five times, also hosts his own weekly news show, HBO’s Last Week Tonight.
This will mark Helms’ first appearance on Colbert’s show. Since his time on The Daily Show, Helms has largely been focused on acting, with films such as the recent release The Clapper.
It will be the second appearance on the show for Corddry, who can currently be seen in the comedy How to Be a Latin Lover.
The Late Show airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
