Former Friends star Matthew Perry has sold his Malibu getaway home for $10.65 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The pad, built in 1981, sits on an expansive 2.5-acre property.

The home is comprised of four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Amenities include an outdoor area with a swimming pool, spa and fire pit, not to mention impressive views of the Malibu Pier and the coast.
Perry is best known for playing Chandler on Friends, which went off the air in 2004. Since then, he has been seen in such sitcoms as Mr. Sunshine and Go.
