Several high-profile names will be joining Oprah Winfrey on the couch during November sweeps.
Former President Bush, Michael Jackson’s parents, singer Barbra Streisand and Ricky Martin are all slated to appear on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” next month, the Associated Press reports.
Bush will talk about his book, “Decision Points,” on Winfrey’s talk show Nov. 9, the same day it will be released in stores.
Winfrey’s production company Harpo said in a press release that Jackon’s parents Katherine and Joe will discuss the pop singer’s life, from childhood to his death in July 2009, though no airdate has been given.
Streisand will perform and sit down for a one-on-one chat with Winfrey on Nov. 16 and earlier in the month, Martin will discuss being a father of two and why he decided to come out as gay.
Winfrey herself will be interviewed by veteran journalist and “The View” co-host Barbara Walters, scheduled to air Dec. 9 on ABC, which will touch on memorable moments during Winfrey’s 25-year run and discuss the end of her afternoon talk show.
This is the 25th and final season of “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
