The next step in ABC’s gradually revamping daytime lineup will bow on Jan. 16 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
ABC confirms The Revolution makes its official debut the Monday after outgoing soap One Life to Live airs its final episode on Jan. 14.

Slightly tweaked from the original concept presented when the network announced the cancellations of both All My Children and One Life to Live in April, The Revolution now features a cast of “experts,” including Tim Gunn, Ty Pennington, Harley Pasternak, Dr. Jennifer Ashton and Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry.
They’ll offer tips and tools to motivate viewers to transform different areas of their life, while each week the show will focus on a different woman’s five-month journey to better herself. Areas of advice include home design (Pennington), style (Gunn), fitness (Pasternak), health (Ashton) and relationships (Henry).

3 Ball Productions and Eyeworks USA are behind The Revolution. It follows the culinary themed The Chew, which debuted in September.
Its current timeslot holder, One Life to Live, was set to have a second life online with fellow ousted soap All My Children, until producers Prospect Park announced last week that it could no longer go through with the project.
