Ryan Seacrest Enterprises is re-upping with one of its longtime team members.
Chief operations officer and chief financial officer Jeff Refold has renewed his multiyear deal at the American Idol host’s company, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Refold’s working relationship with Seacrest dates back to 2008 when he joined Ryan Seacrest Productions as CFO before he added COO to his résumé in 2013. Based in Los Angeles, he currently oversees day-to-day business operations and finance of Seacrest’s businesses, including his production company, and is also involved in strategic expansion activities (i.e., investments, acquisitions and corporate development). Additionally, Refold serves on the board of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
Seacrest’s company also recently renewed deals with Kelly Mullens Brown, president of strategy, marketing and communications and president of RSD Lifestyle, Llc., and Nina Wass, Ryan Seacrest Productions’ scripted division chief. The latter came after Seacrest’s new scripted development deal with ABC Studios.
In addition to his dual onscreen roles on Live With Kelly & Ryan and the upcoming American Idol reboot, both through Disney/ABC, Seacrest’s projects include scripted dramas Shades of Blue and Insatiable, as well as unscripted series including Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Shahs of Sunset and I Love Kellie Pickler.
