Some people just can’t be trusted with sharp objects.
Sarah Silverman, the guest on Thursday’s Late Night, told Seth Meyers that she jabbed a pencil into Saturday Night Live star Al Franken‘s head during her mid-’90s stint as a featured castmember on the show.

Silverman, who recently won an Emmy, explained what made her decide to attack her fellow castmember, along with revealing the first word Franken said to her after getting stabbed.
The Masters of Sex actress returns to SNL this Saturday to host it for the first time. Here’s hoping the show keeps her far away from any and all writing utensils.
