The Secret Circle brought a familiar face back into the fold, but as expected, things aren’t exactly up to snuff.
it was revealed that Nick (Louis Hunter), the same teenage witch who died early on in the season, had been the one providing Eben (Sammi Rotibi) with power. When Nick makes his reappearance in Chance Harbor, he’s desperately searching for a crystal.
His unexpected arrival affects everyone in the circle, most notably former girlfriend Melissa (Jessica Parker Kennedy) and brother Jake (Chris Zylka). As news of Nick’s presence begins to sink in, Jake deals in the only way he knows how — lashing out. Thankfully, Faye (Phoebe Tonkin) is there to talk some sense into him in this exclusive scene from Thursday’s episode to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I know talking things out isn’t really our style but I think this is affecting you more than you realize,” Faye observes, while Jake paces. “You’ve got that look …”
Jake stops. “What look?”
“That look like you’re about to invade a small country with nothing but your tortured soul,” Faye says, worried.
“You’re right Faye, I don’t want to talk about it,” Jake says before taking out a weapon to slay Nick when the time comes. Uh oh.
There are only two episodes left of Secret Circle‘s first season, with this week’s set at the prom.
The Secret Circle airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on the CW.
