These strangers are getting a little too close for comfort.
Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for Sense8, which centers on eight people in eight different cities who suddenly become linked — able to access each others memories, skills and feelings. Whatever caused this to happen has also put them in serious danger.
The 12-episode series comes from The Matrix trilogy’s Andy and Lana Wachowski as well as J. Michael Straczynski (Changeling) and Grant Hill, who has worked with The Wachowskis as a production manager on The Matrix and Cloud Atlas.
Sense8 begins streaming June 5.
