Thomas Middleditch may play the CEO of data compression app Pied Piper, but while backstage at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last month, he was thoroughly entertained by a handful of weird apps like My Idol, Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner and Goat Simulator.

“Someone said, ‘You know what, there are billions of dollars in the turkey Thanksgiving market,’ ” said the Silicon Valley star in a newly uploaded web video. “Be sure to pay whatever price these apps are asking for. … Even if they’re free, always donate to innovation!”
