Victoria Jackson — who rose to fame starring on Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1992 — has criticized the kiss between Golden Globe winner Chris Colfer and Darren Criss on Glee as “sickening.”
In a blog post on WorldNetDaily, she wrote of the characters, “Did you see Glee this week? Sickening! And, besides shoving the gay thing down our throats, they made a mockery of Christians – again! I wonder what their agenda is? Hey, producers of Glee – what’s your agenda? One-way tolerance?”
On HLN’s Showbiz Tonight Monday, Jackson, who is now a Tea Party activist, shuddered and covered her eyes when a clip of the kiss was played. Watch below.
Holding up the Bible, she said, “I’m really concerned about out our country” and said the show and media in general is “stealing the innocence away from our children.”
When she was asked about being homophobic, Jackson said, “Homophobic is a cute little buzzword of the liberal media… Basically, the bible says that homosexuality is a sin.”
The former actress continued of the show: “They should have a celibacy campaign and tell kids that 50 percent of teenagers now have this new STD from oral sex. That’s what they should try to be doing instead of making kids gay.”
