Scandinavian pay TV provider C More Entertainment and Starz’s Starz Digital and Starz Worldwide Distribution units on Tuesday unveiled a multi-year content licensing output agreement that provides C More with the exclusive first-run pay TV and SVOD rights in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland to a collection of upcoming Starz original shows and licensed movie content.
The deal covers upcoming Starz originals Ash vs Evil Dead, Flesh and Bone and The Girlfriend Experience. They will premiere exclusively on C More shortly after each episode’s initial U.S. premiere. The deal also includes premiere rights to the first Starz original movie, The Dresser.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

Also as part of the agreement, C More customers will be able to stream past seasons of Starz originals, such as Power, Black Sails and Survivor’s Remorse, as well as the complete series of The White Queen, Magic City and Party Down.

“C More is constantly adding new content to the best entertainment service in the market,” said C More CEO Manfred Aronsson. “Our customers will now get access to Starz’s newest high-quality original series, which they can stream whenever they wish.”
