Lionsgate will next month shoot an untitled TNT pilot with Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip co-stars Steven Weber and D.L. Hughley at I-25 Studios in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Weber is to play a widowed police detective working alongside a newly married partner (Hughley) as part of a project from Allan Loeb (Wall
Street: Money Never Sleeps), who wrote the pilot script.
Steven Pearl and Ken Topolsky are executive producing, with Bill Hill as the line producer for the December shoot.
Lionsgate has shot a slew of movies and TV series in New Mexico previously, including the feature Employee of the Month, starring Jessica Simpson and Dana Cook, and the ABC Family series Wildfire.
