Harvey Specter is about to meet his match.
With less than one month to go before Suits premieres its second season, the USA Network drama is firming up a slew of guest stars — and one of them has a personal history with the hotshot Manhattan lawyer.
In the sixth episode of the new season “All In,” scheduled to air July 26, Harvey’s personal history with a client forces he and Mike (Patrick J. Adams) to take on an unorthodox case from which they’d normally pass on.
ER regular Scott Grimes (aka Dr. Archie Morris) will guest star in the episode as Tommy Walsh, an entrepreneur with a penchant for making high-stakes gambles and succeeding, forcing Harvey to raise his game.
Matthew Glave, who portrayed Lt. Colonel Evan Connors on Lifetime’s Army Wives from 2008-09, is set to appear as slick, no-nonsense attorney Alex Shelton, who puts Harvey on the defensive.
Additionally, Peter Outerbridge (Ari Tasarov on CW’s Nikita) will play Keith Hoyt, Harvey’s good friend who lands in some trouble in Atlantic City. With Keith’s future on the line, Harvey makes a dangerous play that could either be Keith’s salvation or his ultimate demise.
Grimes, repped by Innovative Artists, lends his voice on American Dad. Repped by Greene & Associates, Glave most recently appeared on Revenge and CSI: Miami. Outerbridge, repped by SMS Talent, guested on Canada’s The Listener.
Suits returns for season two at 10 p.m. June 14 on USA following Burn Notice.
