Law & Order: SVU is bracing for another rocky Rollins family reunion.
A year after her fugitive sister Kim (Lindsay Pulsipher) went to jail and her estranged mom (Virginia Madsen) left town, Amanda’s sister resurfaces on Wednesday’s episode.
In The Hollywood Reporter’s exclusive video, Kim pleads to the parole board to release her and allow her to finally meet Rollins’ daughter, Jesse, “and tell her how proud I am of her mother,” she says.
Although she gives a heartwarming speech to the board, it’s hard to forget Kim’s past indiscretions that have landed her sister in the hot seat at work so many times before. So when Kim asks to live with Rollins (Kelli Giddish), Benson (Mariska Hargitay) gives her a stern warning to tread cautiously, “because if you cover for her again, I will take your shield,” she says.
So where do Rollins and Kim stand? And how has being behind bars affected her troublesome sister? Watch the exclusive clip below.
Law & Order: SVU airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
