The news that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be hosting the Golden Globes for the next two years is a welcome development for fans of the funny duo, whose gig hosting the 2013 Globes generated positive reviews and a six-year ratings high.
During that show, Fey and Poehler got laughs mocking former host Ricky Gervais, James Cameron, Taylor Swift and Lena Dunham. They also provided memorable bits as the fake nominees from faux TV movie contender Dog President and by mugging with J.Lo and George Clooney.

The pair has also provided funny moments at multiple past awards shows, from welcoming foreign viewers to the 2008 Emmys with Poehler’s accented English (“You told me you were going to practice these.” “I lied!”) to heckling host Neil Patrick Harris during the 2013 Emmys (“Twerk it!”).

As their names are called as nominees, Fey looks nervous with J.Lo and Poehler flirts with Clooney, but they lose to Dunham and then come back as drunk losers afterward, shouting out Dunham and Swift.
