‘Transformers’ Star Shia LaBeouf Embarrasses Selena Gomez in New York (Video)

Selena Gomez may be dating pop star Justin Bieber, but it’s Shia LaBeouf that makes her blush.

On Tuesday, The Wizards of Waverly Place star posted a video titled “The best day ever!” which shows her meeting the Transformers: Dark of the Moon lead backstage at a Live! With Regis and Kelly taping.

Told by her handlers that she was going to greet fans, Gomez turns the corner of a dressing room, sees LaBeouf getting his makeup done and runs into the hallway giggling.

LaBeouf dashes after the teenage actress-singer shouting “Hey! Hey!” When he does catch up to her he says, “Nice to meet you. How are you doing?” and gives her a hug.

Gomez is visably embarrased but manages to blurt out, “I’m so sorry to bother you. I admire you.”

LaBeouf plays it cool saying, “Thanks for being so sweet to me.”

They pose for a picture together and go separate ways.

After the encounter, the video jumps to Gomez’s dressing room where she gushes about “how cute” LaBeouf is, “Oh my gosh, he’s so handsome!”

Gomez performed the single “Who Says” from her When the Sun Goes Down album on the show.
