The Biggest Loser kicked off NBC’s Tuesday night with improvement, rising three-tenths of a point to a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49. The Voice, airing another two-hour episode, was off by the same measure — pulling a 3.6 rating in the key demo. NBC took a dominant 2.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 9.7 million viewers for the night.
NCIS (2.9 adults) was off just a tenth from last week’s episode, while NCIS: Los Angeles (2.4 adults) dipped two-tenths of a point. Person of Interest (1.9 adults) held even with last week’s series low. CBS toppled the other nets in total viewers, averaging 15.1 million, and placed second in the demo (2.4 rating with adults 18-49).

Dads (1.4 adults) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.6 adults) were both even with their last originals two weeks ago. New Girl (2.0 adults) and The Mindy Project (1.5 adults) were both improved by two-tenths, giving Fox a nightly 1.6 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.6 million viewers.
Over on ABC, Agents of SHIELD (2.5 adults) hit a low, falling two-tenths of a point from its last original. The Goldbergs (1.5 adults) and Trophy Wife (1.2 adults), also at lows, were down two-tenths of a point as well. Robin Roberts‘ CMA special took a 0.7 with adults 18-49, giving ABC a nightly average of a 1.5 adults rating and 4.4 million viewers.
The Originals (0.9 adults) dipped by a tenth of a point on the CW, while Supernatural (0.9 adults) fell two-tenths. The network averaged a 0.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 2.1 million viewers.
