With a steady Big Brother, CBS topped broadcast on Sunday evening.
The reality show averaged a 1.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 6.4 million viewers, clearly the night’s biggest effort — outside of Game of Thrones. Though cable ratings won’t arrive until Tuesday morning, the HBO drama has been averaging north of 10 million viewers and a live 5.0 demo rating for its 9 o’clock premiere telecast alone.
CBS also had an even Candy Crush, which took a 0.5 rating among adults 18-49.
On ABC, Steve Harvey’s Funderdome (0.8 adults) and $100,000 Pyramid (0.7 adults) were both dead even with the prior week.
The U.S. Gymnastics Championships earned a 0.6 rating among adult 18-49 and nearly 3 million viewers for NBC.
