The 2014 MLB All-Star Game gave Tuesday night a shot in the arm, driving Fox to a win in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.
Final ratings show the game brought a 3.0 rating in the key demo and nearly 11.3 million viewers — just a shade above last year, but enough to make it the most-watched All-Star Game in four years.

Competition was relatively slim, but NBC’s Night Shift wrapped its season following an America’s Got Talent clip show. The recently renewed drama, averaging a 1.2 rating with adults under 50, was virtually even with last week but tying a series low.
Over on ABC, Extreme Weight Loss (0.9 adults) shed two-tenths of a point, while Celebrity Wife Swap (1.0 adults) held even.
