CBS’ comedy The Neighborhood posted more strong ratings Monday, continuing a run of above-average numbers in 2021. The show has bested its fall 2020 average for each of the past five outings and finished second in primetime to Fox’s 911 in total viewers.
The Bachelor led the adults 18-49 rankings on Monday, while USA’s WWE Monday Night Raw and MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show took the top spots on cable.
While down some from its past two airings, The Neighborhood still outperformed its same-day ratings for the season to date with a 0.83 rating among adults 18-49 and 5.92 million viewers. Bob Hearts Abishola (0.65 in 18-49, 5.56 million viewers) was on par with its season numbers, while All Rise (0.43, 4.14 million) and Bull (0.45, 5.11 million) were off a little.
Fox’s 911 (1.07 in 18-49, 6.73 million viewers) and 911: Lone Star (0.84, 5.36 million) were both in line with last week’s performance and carried the network to a total-viewer win in primetime. The Bachelor‘s 1.26 rating in the key ad demo led primetime for ABC but was down from last week, as were the show’s 5.4 million total viewers. The Good Doctor (0.56, 3.91 million) also declined.
At NBC, Ellen’s Game of Games (0.57 demo, 3.09 million viewers) was down at 8 p.m., though a second episode at 9 p.m. (0.63, 2.79 million) fared better in adults 18-49. The Wall (0.5, 2.45 million) held steady. The CW’s All American (0.25, 737,000) was also about even with last week, though Black Lightning (0.09, 368,000) dipped some.
On cable, Monday Night Raw‘s 0.57 average among adults 18-49 over its three hours topped the demo by a healthy margin. The Rachel Maddow Show‘s 3.46 million viewers edged Tucker Carlson Tonight (3.34 million) on Fox News for the largest total audience.
