NBC took Monday with a new live performance episode of The Voice and Smash, though both lost some steam from last week. The Voice brought in a 3.6 rating among adults 18-49, a 10 percent drip, while Smash hit a season low, dropping 5 percent to a 1.9 in the demo. The network averaged a 3.1 rating with 18-49-ers, placing second to ABC in total viewers with 8.6 million.
How I Met Your Mother took the steepest drop on CBS, netting a season low of a 3.0 rating among adults 18-49, down half of a point. 2 Broke Girls suffered a less dramatic loss for a 3.3, still giving it a new series low. Two and a Half Men (3.7) and Mike & Molly (3.1) each climbed a tenth of a point. The former brought in the strongest demo showing of the night, though it did lose to The Voice in direct competition at 9 p.m. With a repeat of Hawaii Five-0 in the mix, CBS averaged a 2.7 in the demo and 8.1 million viewers.

Dancing With the Stars tied its series low for performance shows, a 2.8 rating among adults 18-49, falling 7 percent from last Monday. Castle returned from its week off up one tenth of a point for a 2.2. ABC won the night among total viewers (14.7 million) and placed third in the demo with a 2.6 rating.
On Fox, Bones dropped to a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49, and House improved by a tenth of a point for a 2.0 in the demo. The network averaged a 2.0 18-49 rating and 6.3 million viewers.
Gossip Girl and Hart of Dixie each notched an additional tenth of a point over last week, giving the CW an even 0.6 rating with adults 18-49 for both hours of the night.
