ABC/ScreenshotNashville is crossing paths with Good Morning America once again.
Connie Britton, who plays superstar Rayna James on ABC’s country music drama, and guest star Luke Bryan filmed a scene in New York City that sees the musicians performing in Central Park as part of Good Morning America’s summer concert series. GMA’s Amy Robach makes a cameo.
“There’s always gonna be twists and turns,” Britton teased Robach while on set.

The ABC morning show was previously used as a plot device on Nashville, with Robin Roberts interviewing Britton, Eric Close and Charles Esten amid their characters’ paternity scandal.
